Voting by post or by proxy
The general election is only a few weeks away and it is extremely important to cast your vote. You can vote at the polling station but for those who cannot vote in person or are abroad there is the option of postal and proxy voting.
VOTING BY PROXY
To vote by proxy you need to apply and send in the proxy voting form to be received by October 11th to request someone vote on your behalf.
VOTING BY POST
With postal voting there is always the risk of your vote not arriving on time and being counted, the application to vote by post needs to be received by noon on the 9th October and your vote must be received by 10pm on election day Thursday October 17th.
