Joining Together Gibraltar’ Leadership Team means giving your time and energy to the movement. In return, we commit to supporting you as you shape our movement and our shared vision for Gibraltar.
Your voice matters: We will take your views and concerns seriously. Disagreements won’t be brushed aside for the sake of appearances.
Safeguarding your reputation: We will keep Together Gibraltar clear of partisan practices or behaviour that could compromise your opportunities. Protecting our people is non‑negotiable.
Tools to act: You will have the resources and platforms to make your voice heard, and to lead on the issues you care about.
Space to grow: For those who want to pursue a career in politics, we will provide training, mentoring, and real experience.
Transparency: Decisions will be explained and shared openly. You will always know how and why choices are made.

As an Executive member we carry responsibility for how Together Gibraltar is seen and how effectively we work. All executives are expected to:
Be present: Attend local events, TG meetings, and community activities when called on. Visibility matters.
Conduct yourself with integrity: In public and online, act with respect and integrity. Your conduct reflects on the whole movement.
Communicate: Let the team know when you are unavailable so we can plan around it.
Stand openly: Be comfortable being publicly identified with Together Gibraltar.
Follow through: Take ownership of tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver on commitments.
Stay informed: Keep up with the issues facing Gibraltar and listen to the community we serve.
